About the role

As one of Teleskope’s first Account Executives, you’ll play a key role in shaping our next stage of growth. Working closely with the VP of Growth on a lean, high-impact team, you’ll help define how we reach and serve customers as we scale. With a powerful product in an underserved market, you’ll have the chance to build something industry-defining—without the layers of internal competition, and with real room for impact and upside.

This role is fast-paced and high-impact, with 50–60% travel to meet customers, attend events, and represent Teleskope in key industry circles. If you thrive in early-stage environments and want to help shape the future of data security, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

  • Build and foster relationships with CISOs and other industry leaders through a wide range of conferences and events, serving as the face of Teleskope and helping educate the industry on our platform.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing deals to establishing compelling use cases to closing six-figure deals

  • Alongside Sales Engineers, manage 10–20 concurrent POCs, demonstrating impeccable project management, organization, and follow-through from kickoff to close

  • Collaborate with our Sales Engineering and Customer Engineering team to support the full customer journey from prospect through a proof-of-concept, sale, and beyond

  • Provide a feedback loop to continually hone our ICP, customer personas, and lead generation efforts

Who you are

  • Experienced: You have 4+ years prior experience selling cybersecurity products, especially data security solutions, to enterprise customers.

  • Credible: You are well regarded in the cybersecurity industry, with a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and follow-through. You have a track record of delivering great value and partnership to customers, with whom you have formed genuine relationships.

  • Grounded & Respectful: You bring confidence without arrogance. You lead with empathy, show respect in every interaction, and believe humility and kindness create the strongest teams and happiest customers.

  • Scrappy & Resourceful: You’re an owner, not a passenger. You thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments and aren’t rattled by ambiguity. When things break, you fix them. When there’s no process, you create one.

  • Relationship-Driven: You spend as much time building genuine relationships with clients as closing deals. Clients follow you from company to company because they trust and believe in you.
