Grow our presence in Munich! We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in hospitality operations and food procurement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively build and expand the Saltz marketplace in Munich

  • Conduct in-person product demos in restaurants and professional kitchens

  • Support customers during onboarding and their first orders

  • Build long-term relationships with chefs, kitchen managers, and decision-makers

  • Analyze purchasing behavior and recommend suitable products

  • Reactivate inactive customers and increase order volume

  • Act as a trusted advisor for sourcing, suppliers, and product selection

Your profile:

  • Sales experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with strong skills in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

  • Experience in gastronomy or catering is a plus, but not required

  • Language skills: Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2), combined with an independent, structured working style and a strong enjoyment of face-to-face customer interaction

  • Business Acumen: Confident in managing food cost, margins, and key commercial performance metrics
