About the role

We are seeking a SaaS Account Executive for the hotel sector who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting SaaS solutions (GSTOCK), closing sales, and managing relationships with hotel clients.

It's crucial that the candidate has a background in managing sales of a Hotel PMS and possesses a demonstrable, strong client portfolio.

This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, as well as building and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Additionally, it requires collaboration with internal teams to adapt offers and proposals to the specific needs of hotel clients.

What you will do

  1. Opportunity Identification: Proactively research and contact hotels and hotel chains to generate new clients and sales opportunities. A strong, demonstrable client portfolio is important.

  2. Sales Cycle Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial qualification to deal closure, including proposal presentation and contract negotiation.

  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and ensure continuous satisfaction.

  4. Solution Presentation: Deliver effective presentations of GSTOCK to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and how they can solve their specific needs.

  5. CRM Management: Keep client information updated in the CRM system, logging sales activities, opportunities, and contracts.

  6. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and tailor solutions to their needs.

  7. Analysis and Reporting: Track sales results, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular progress reports. This role will report to the Sales Manager.

What we are looking for

  1. Demonstrable B2B sales experience, preferably in the SaaS sector or the hotel industry with a strong client portfolio.

  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  3. Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.

  4. Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot).

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Results-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.

  7. Knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends.

  8. Good level of spoken and written English (B2-C1). French would be a plus.
