About Us:We are a fast-growing Cleaning company dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. We re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2C sales environment, enjoys engaging with warm leads, and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to customers.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient, with a knack for overcoming objections and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the sales cycle. Prior experience working remotely and within a cleaning agency is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Convert warm leads provided by the company into confirmed bookings.Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service.Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base to understand their cleaning needs and recommend appropriate services.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximise earnings.What We Offer:On-target earnings of R25,000/month (R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission).40 days paid holiday annually.A supportive, energetic, and collaborative team environment.Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales or direct sales, with a proven ability to close deals.Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.Must have own equipment:Laptop with at least 16GB RAM, 13th Gen i5 Processor, Windows 11, and 250GB SSD or higher.Stable, high-speed internet connection and reliable backup solutions for power outages.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset.Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and effectively manage rejection and stress.Proven track record of telephone-based sales success, including meeting quotas.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track performance.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
