Due to the ongoing growth of our business in New Zealand we are looking for an Account Director, Majors to join our fast growing team.
AS AN ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, MAJORS YOU WILL:
Retain and grow revenue in one or a small number of strategic accounts
Build and develop strategic, deep relationships with your stakeholders
Create and execute strategies that increase stickiness and optimize ROI for customers
Lead a virtual team of technical resources to achieve success
Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
At least 10 years of senior sales experience preferably within an emphasis on Cloud, database, ETL, AI or BI
A track record of identifying, managing and closing complex deals across major accounts
A proven track record in strategic selling
Superb relationship skills underpinned by superior communication skills
Exceptional account planning and sales execution skills
A growth mindset and pro-active style
A passion for building and leveraging winning teams
A penchant for working in startup style environments
