Role Overview
This is a junior-to-mid-level outbound sales role focused on identifying and engaging Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and multi-location dental groups. Day-to-day, you'll research target accounts, use email, phone, LinkedIn, Apollo, and Outreach to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives, and track activity in Salesforce. You'll have significant impact on building the top of the sales funnel in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

About the Role
We’re building out our New York City area team of Account Business Development Representatives (Account BDRs) to support outbound outreach to larger dental organizations and strategic accounts.
In this role, you will focus on identifying opportunities within Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and multi-location dental groups, helping generate qualified meetings for our sales team through thoughtful research and targeted outreach.
You’ll be an essential part of a growing group of sales professionals helping to build the top of our funnel as we continue to scale our go-to-market organization.
Our BDR team operates in a hybrid environment where we are in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the initial point of contact through outbound outreach to prospective dental organizations and multi-location practices
Research target accounts to identify potential opportunities and relevant stakeholders
Utilize email, phone, LinkedIn,Apollo,outreach and other creative channels to reach prospective clients through outbound tactics
Develop thoughtful outreach strategies tailored to specific accounts and decision-makers
Track sales activity using Salesforce and other sales software tools
Overcome objections, communicate the Dandy value proposition, and move prospects forward in the sales process
Partner closely with Account Executives to support outreach within larger organizations
Work with sales leadership to meet key pipeline generation and activity targets
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
Experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to research organizations and identify relevant decision makers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts
Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools
Overall track record of professional and academic success
