Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed our team’s weekly metrics; 25 interviews, 7 offers and 5 acceptances
Screen resumes, conduct video interviews, complete feedback forms, coordinate interviews, collect scorecards and create offer letters, managing candidates from start to finish in the talent pipeline
Source passive RBTs, BCBAs, OTs and SLPs using personalized and semi-personalized sourcing strategies using tools
Promote job openings weekly on LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media channels to increase visibility and interest
Partner with Site Directors to meet monthly hiring needs across all locations
Manage candidate communication during interview process and notify all non qualified candidates
Send detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress summaries to hiring managers
Collect, verify, and create HR personnel data for new hire onboarding
Report weekly activity, blockers and focus for the following week
Track recruiting trends in the industry and introduce new sourcing strategies, interview efficiencies and best practices
Requirements:
2+ years of ABA recruiting experience for BT roles based in San Diego demonstrating management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
Strong working knowledge of recruiting functions
Experience with high volume recruiting
Expert attention to detail and follow through
High acumen for using technology and following SOP
Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
Good knowledge using G Suite and operating in an asynchronous environment
Knowledge of ATS systems; preferably Ashby. Lever or Greenhouse are ok
